We are currently interviewing for the following available position:

1) Store Manager / Head of Store:

The right person will have at least 5 years experience in retail management and experience as "head-of-store," specifically in women's apparel. This person should be sharp, polished, energetic and have excellent motivational skills and have a flexible schedule. This is a very visible position with great opportunity for growth.  

The right person is a born leader. You know how to lead and motivate a team, maintaining an atmosphere that is always active and pleasant. 

You will be responsible for maintaining the store’s image and concept in line with company standards. As a manager, you will take care of the general store operations and supervising merchandising aspects, managing store personnel as well as recruiting and building/re-building the store team, meeting sales goal, controlling expenses including payroll and minimizing shrinkage as well as meeting/exceeding other benchmarks.

Responsibilities of Retail Store Manager includes:

•           Provide leadership and team building to the location and drives sales, service, and profitability

•           Facilitate staff development: recruitment and selection of service oriented associates, team building including developing key holders, assistant managers and other store managers

•           Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities and maximize sales to achieve or exceed all financial goals (Sales, Earnings, Shortage,Payroll Expenses etc) established for the department

•           Manage merchandise opportunities, evaluate merchandise performance, implement markdowns and adjust merchandise presentation to meet sales objectives.

•           Training Coaching motivation

Requirements for Retail Store Manager :

MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!

•           Demonstrate strong leadership skills in driving sales and profitability by exceeding all goals.

•           Strong merchandising skills

•           Strong analytical skills

•           Development of store population in sales and customer service.

•           Actively recruits, trains and supervises talent.

•           At least 5 years previous retail management required in women's wear along with soft goods.
